However, she seeks time for filing appropriate application in respect of the same.</p> <p>She also submits that a fresh SA has also been filed and the Bank has put appearance. She further submits that since the SA measures has been withdrawn and there is no cause of action, the instant MA may be disposed of.</p> <p>In view of the submission made by the Ld.
