- For defendant ; None Record is put up today from Registrar Bench. It appears that the case was flled on 8th March, 201o and since then the applicant bank is not exhibiting anything positive to pursue the case. Perused the case record. It appears that several opportunities were granted to the applicant bank to produce original documents for verification but despite getting reasonable opportunities the original documents have not been filed for verification by the applicant bank till date. Position of the case record shows that the case has lamentably been hanging on fire for disposal for years together. It appears that the applicant bank is exhibiting complete lackadaisical attitude to proceed with the case. On perusal of case record, it appears that the applicant bank is not willing to proceed with the case. Hence, ordered TA being No.1120/2015 be and the same is thus dismissed for non prosecution and also for non compliance of the order of this Tribunal.
