As the Applicant Bank does not want to proceed with the instant application and seeks withdrawal of the case, the TA No. 710 of 2014 along with all pending I.A.s, if any, is disposed of as withdrawn, the matter having been settled amicably. The Applicant is directed to return the orjginal Title Deed to the T.A.
