The instant M.A. has been filed by the applicant/State Bank of India for compliance of the order passed by this Tribunal while disposing of the Review Application No.01/2022 arising out of MA/01/2022 in TOA No.685/2017 whereby and whereunder the Review Application was dismissed on the cost of Rs. 10,000/- but today a fair submission is being made by the Ld. Counsel of the opposite party/defendant that he is ready to deposit the cost amount and as such direction is given to deposit the same by cash approaching the State Bank of India, SARB Siliguri and with this observation the MA is **disposed of**.
