IA Dairy No. 184/2026 has been filed along with put up IA Dairy No. 183/2026 for withdrawal of the matter as the loan account is settled. The matter is of the year 2010 and as such without any adjournment for removal of formal defects regarding change of cause title as the Allahabad bank has been merged with Indian Bank, the matter is **disposed of** and direction is given to the Registry to incorporate the name of Indian Bank in place of Allahabad Bank.
Pending IA's, if any, are also supposed to be disposed of.
