Defects exist. Hence, Registry has no option and hereby declined the matter in terms of Regulation 9(4) of Debts Recovery Tribunal Regulation, 2024. Applicant is at liberty to appeal against instant order before the Hon’ble Presiding Officer, DRT Siliguri within 15 days of this order under Rule 5 (5) of the DRT Procedure Rules, 1993.
