Advocate Ms. Keya Sarkar present on VC on behalf of Mr. Manas Kumar Majhi for the MA applicants and files hard copy of MA application along with a spare copy, taken on record. 'Memo of Appearance' has not been filed.</p><p>It is surprising that the Ld. Advocate has filed photocopy of V/nama which shall not be entertain as valid and apparently signature of the petitioner and advocate on record is not matching in the V/nama.</p><p>Defects exist.</p><p>As the last and final opportunity was given to the MA applicants for rectification of defects and still defects exist, so the matter is hereby <u>declined</u> the matter in terms of Regulation 9(4) of Debts Recovery Tribunal Regulation, 2024.</p><p>Applicant is at liberty to appeal against instant order before the Hon'ble Presiding Officer, DRT Siliguri within 15 days of this order under Rule 5 (5) of the DRT Procedure Rules, 1993.</p></td><td data-bbox="804 191 923 730"></td></tr></tbody></table>
