Counsel.</p><p>The petition is incomplete and defective and beyond the scope of scrutiny for the Registry as the applicant has not furnished details till date. Hence, the matter is <b>declined</b> in terms of Regulation 9(4) of Debts Recovery Tribunal Regulation, 2024.</p><p>Applicant is at liberty to appeal against the instant order before the Hon'ble Presiding Officer, DRT Siliguri within 15 days of this order under Rule 5 (5) of the DRT Procedure Rules, 1993.</p></td><td data-bbox="841 274 984 985"></td></tr></tbody></table>
