Therefore Registry has no option but to decline registration of the instant MA application under Rule 5 (4) of the Debts Recovery Tribunal (Procedure) Rules, 1993 and Sub-Regulation (4) of Regulation (9) of Debts Recovery Tribunal Regulations, 2024.

Applicant is directed to file IA for condonation of delay in MA Dairy No. 489/2025.
