So, Registry could not found any significance to keep this Dairy No. 502/2025 with same cause of action. Therefore Registry has no option but to decline registration of the instant MA application under Rule 5 (4) of the Debts Recovery Tribunal (Procedure) Rules, 1993 and Sub-Regulation (4) of Regulation (9) of Debts Recovery Tribunal Regulations, 2024.
Hence, the matter is **declined**. Consigned to record room and returned from e-drt.
