Dated: 04.04.2024 (MA inTA/1131/2017) ORDER SHEET (Continuation) Page No. Order with Signature State Bank of India Vs Kafela Bibi & Anr Case records called out today for filing proper petition for restoration of instant TOA as per previous order. Ld. Advocate, Miss Shakshi Agarwal appears on behalf of Mrs. Puja Bhupal, Ld. Advocate on record and submits that the loan account has been settled on compromise in the Lok Adalat held at Court Premises of Kandi, Murshidabad on 09.09.2023 and the petitioner has no intention to proceed further with the instant MA. Lok Adalat order filed by the Ld. Counsel which is kept on record. Scrutiny and registration of the instant matter cannot be completed in the absence of proper petition. Further, in view of the submission made by the Ld. Counsel, Registry has no option but to decline registration of the instant matter. Matter to be consigned tO record room and returned from e drt. Assistant Registrar Office action with date and Signature of parties when necessary
