Defects have not been removed till date. Instant matter is defective and beyond the scope of scrutiny for the Registry as the applicant has not furnished any details till date even though the matter was filed online on 25.04.2024.</p><p>Registry has no option but to decline registration of the instant application under Rule 5 (4) of the Debts Recovery Tribunal (Procedure) Rules, 1993 and Sub-Regulation (4) of Regulation (9) of Debts Recovery Tribunal Regulations, 2024.</p><p>The petitioner is at liberty to appeal against instant order before the Hon'ble Presiding Officer, DRT Siliguri within 15 days of this order under Rule 5 (5) of the DRT (Procedure) Rules, 1993.</p><p>Hence, the matter is <b>declined</b>.
