Instant matter was filed online without hardcopy as well as without online documents.</p> <p>None appears for the applicant.</p> <p>The matter has been listed for the 4<sup>th</sup> time today and even after expiry of 104 days from the order dated 27.08.2024 none appeared for removal of defects. Last and final opportunity was given to the applicant Bank vide order dated 02.12.2024 to remove the defects.</p> <p>The petition is incomplete and defective and beyond the scope of scrutiny for the Registry as the applicant has not furnished details till date.
