Counsel for the applicant Bank files instant IA/247/2021 with submission that matter has already been settled between the parties through compromise settlement process and the defendants have paid the entire settlement amount to the bank with no dues. Applicant Bank has issued 'No Due Certificate' and also praying for withdrawal of the matter as settled.</p> <p>In the above circumstances, nothing remains to be adjudicated.</p> <p>IA/247/2021 is allowed and the TOA/563/2017 is disposed of as withdrawn.</p> <p>The applicant bank also files IA/248/2021 praying for refund of Court Fees.</p> <p>The refund of Court Fees is allowed as per the provision of DRT (Refund of Court Fee) Rules, 2013.
