Applicant Bank has issued No due certificate dated 21.02.2019 and also praying for withdrawal of the matter as settled.</p> <p style="padding-left: 40px;">Applicant bank has filed a separate IA/26/2020 with the prayer to refund of court fees.</p> <p style="padding-left: 40px;">In the above circumstances nothing remains to be adjudicated.
