16.12.2025,
however,
till
date
objections have not been removed, despite of discussion held by applicant with DRT officials on the objections raised by the registry. Since, the applicant has not removed and clarified the objections raised by the registry on till date.
In view of this, Dairy No. 555/2025 (Appeal) is required to be declined for registration.
The Registrar is empowered to decline the registration of the matter by following Section 5(4) of the DRT
(Procedure) Rules, 1993.
