Mr. Sankul Kabra, Ld. Advocate for the applicant had lodged the matter vide diary No. 949 of 2025 for instituting Misc. Application.
Registry has raised the following objections:
[1] Delay affidavit not filed [2] Date not mention on page No. 4 & 5 [3] Additional party & address not added.
Thereafter matter was placed on objections board to remove the objections on 02.03.2026. Matter was adjourned to 07.03.2026, 10.03.2026. Ld. Advocate for the applicant was given last chance to remove the objections, however, till date objections have not been removed.
In view of this, Dairy No. 949/2025 (MA) is required to be declined for registration.
The Registrar is empowered to decline the registration of the matter by following Section 5(4) of the DRT
(Procedure) Rules, 1993.
