Matter was adjourned to 24.04.2026, 12.05.2026, 03.06.2026, 29.06.2026, 21.07.2026, 21.08.2026, 31.08.2026 and 14.09.2026. On 29.06.2026, 21.08.2026, 31.08.2026, Ld. Advocate for the applicant was given last chance to remove the objections, however, till date objections have not been removed.
In view of this, Dairy No. 375/2026 (MA) is required to be declined for registration.
The Registrar is empowered to decline the registration of the matter by following Section 5(4) of the DRT
(Procedure) Rules, 1993.
