1. 1. Ld. Advocate for the applicant has filed withdrawal purhis Exh. A08 mentioning therein that applicant wants to withdraw the M. A. No. 78 of 2016 as it was mistakenly filed before the Tribunal. It is, therefore, prayed that it be permitted to withdraw the above mentioned M. A.
2. 2. I have gone through the Miscellaneous Application No. 78 of 2019. In the prayer, applicant has requested the Tribunal to correct the amount mentioned in the judgment. Now, by way of withdrawal purhis, applicant wants to withdraw the above mentioned MA, as it was filed mistakenly. In view of the withdrawal purhis filed by the applicant, I pass the following order.
