Counsel Shri H.N. Dave is present on behalf of applicants.</p><p>Ld. Counsel Shri Chetan Rajpurohit is present on behalf of the respondent bank.</p><p>Counsel for the applicants has placed on record one I.A. No.2661/2019 for withdrawal purshis of this Miscellaneous Application and submitted that applicants approached the applicant bank with compromise proposal and bank accepted the said compromise proposal of Rs.22.00 lacs as full and final settlement. The applicants have already paid the said compromised amount on 13.11.2019 and now the applicants wants to withdraw this Miscellaneous Application as it is also agreed between the parties that first applicants will withdraw the M.A. and thereafter the bank will file withdrawal of the O.A. no.359 of 2019.</p><p>I have heard the Ld.
