The Court Master has drawn the attention of the Tribunal about the mistake crept in the order dated 22.11.2019 passed in M. A. No. 10 of 2019 in mentioning the status of the number and submitted that in the last line of para 1 of the said order it should have been RP number instead of OA number. Tribunal has directed the Advocate for the applicant to tender a purshis for making necessary correction.
Shri H. N. Dave, Ld. Counsel for the applicant has filed a purshis requesting to correct the order dated 22.11.2019 passed by the Tribunal in M. A. No. 10 of 2019. It is submitted that inadvertently in the last line of para 1 of the order the Tribunal has mentioned O. A. No. 359 of 2019. In fact it should have been R. P. No. 359 of 2018.
I have gone through the said order dated 22.11.2019 and found that there appears some computer generated typographical error in the last line of para 1 of the order. Under Rule 5A of the Debts Recovery Tribunal (Procedure) Rules, 1993, the Tribunal has power to correct the judgment passed by it. Registry is directed to mention R. P. No. 359 of 2018 instead of O. A. No. 359 of 2019 in the order dated 22.11.2019 passed in M. A. No. 10 of 2019. Free copy of the amended order be supplied to the parties concerned as per Rules.
