Ld. Counsel for the Applicant has filed Pursis for withdrawal Ex.A/15, which is taken on record.

Ld. Counsel for the Applicant filed Pursis Ex.A/05, mentioning therein that *that the secured assets are sold and the entire dues of the opponent Bank has been settled. Copy of No Due Certificate along with instruction of the Applicant is annexed herewith.*

*Ld. Counsel for the Respondent put her remark as "No Objection" on the pursis vide Exh.A/15.*

In view of the above, this Tribunal is of the view that as the entire dues of the Applicant has been settled with the Bank and No Due Certificate has also been issued by the Bank, nothing remains in this case for the Applicant to proceed further so, this present Miscellaneous Application deserves to be disposed of.

Hence, the present Miscellaneous Application is disposed of and on the basis of Pursis for Ex.A/15 with no order as to cost.

Order accordingly.
