Proxy Counsel for the Respondent.</p> <p>It appears from record of SA No.803/2025 that the Applicants had agreed to pay the outstanding dues of Rs.28,27,626.80 in three equal instalments from the date of possession of secured assets scheduled to be taken on 19.04.2026.</p> <p>However, due to clerical error, the Applicants were directed to deposit first instalment on or before 19.04.2026 and remaining two instalments on or before 19.05.2026 and 19.06.2026. In fact, it was agreed between the parties that the Applicants would pay the first instalment between 19.04.2026 and 19.05.2026, second instalment between 19.05.2026 and 19.06.2026 and third instalment between 19.06.2026 and 19.07.2026. Hence, the operative order dated 16.04.2026 passed in SA No.803/2025 is required to be rectified in the interest of justice. - • The rest of the order dated 16.04.2026 passed in SA No.803/2025 shall remain unaltered.

- • MA No.39/2026 accordingly stands disposed of.

- • Let the file be consigned to record.
