1. 1. Ld. Counsel for the Applicants submitted that the present Misc. Application has been filed for modification of the order of Recovery Certificate dated 16.03.2017, wherein the name of the Applicant Bank is written as "*HDFC Bank Ltd.*" instead of the actual Applicant Bank "*ICICI Bank Ltd.*" in the cause title of the Recovery Certificate. He further submitted that while pursuing the said Recovery Certificate No.142/2017 before the Recovery Officer, the said fact has been noticed by the Counsel for the Applicant Bank and it is further submitted that Recovery Officer conveyed that he could not proceed with the case until and unless the name of the Applicant Bank is corrected in the Recovery Certificate. Hence, the present Misc. Application has been filed. Ld. Counsel for the Applicant requested that the name of the Applicant Bank may be corrected in the concerned Recovery Certificate as per its Original Application.
2. 2. Heard submissions made by the Ld. Counsel for the Applicant. On perusal of the Recovery Certificate dated 16.03.2017, it is observed that inadvertently the name of the Applicant Bank is written as "*HDFC Bank Ltd.*" in place of the actual name i.e., "*ICICI Bank Ltd.*". This Tribunal has called for the original disposed case for perusal and it is observed that the same mistake is also there in the original judgment also in the O.A.No.531/2016.
3. 3. In view of the above, the following order is being passed:
**ORDER**
- • The Recovery Certificate No.142/2017 dated 16.03.2017 arising out of disposal of O.A.No.531/2016 is modified accordingly the name of the Applicant Bank may be read as under:

In place of "HDFC Bank Ltd." in both the judgment dated 16.03.2026 in O.A.No.531/2016 and also in R.C.No.142/2017:
- • Accordingly, M.A.No.34/2026 is disposed of File be consigned to record.
