**PRESENT:**

Mr. Jaydeep Shukla, Id. Counsel for the applicant Mr. A.S. Panesar, Id. Counsel for the respondent Since the Id. Counsel for respondent has appeared and filed memo of appearance there is no need to issue any notice. In this case, MA is filed with a prayer to condone the delay of 27 days in filing the proposed SA. The reason for delay is being explained as the applicant's inability to procure necessary documents in this case.

Ld. Counsel for the respondent has opposed this MA on the ground of delay.

Heard both the counsels. Perused the record. In view of this Tribunal the delay is well explained. An opportunity to be heard on merits should not be denied to any party on technical ground. So this MA deserves to be allowed.
