Counsel for the Respondent has filed purshis Ex.R/11 stating therein that the secured asset has been sold in auction dated 25.01.2023 and possession is already given to the auction purchase. Moreover, none appeared on behalf of the Applicant since long.</p><p>At the submission of Ld. Counsel for the Respondent it appears that on 24.03.2025 Applicant was not present and only Respondent was present. In this circumstance it appears that the Applicant is not interested to prosecute the case.
