The Applicants have filed present Miscellaneous Application for appointment of receiver for delivery of physical possession of property & for taking action for breach & dis-obedience of judgment against the Respondent. During the pendency the present Miscellaneous Application, the Applicants have filed **Withdrawal Affidavit vide Ex.A/05** stating that the Applicants wish to withdraw the present Miscellaneous Application unconditionally.
**ORDER**
In view of the above **Withdrawal Affidavit Ex.A/05**, the present Miscellaneous Application deserves to be disposed of, with no order as to cost.
Order accordingly.
