2. 2. Ld. Counsel for the Applicants has filed a withdrawn purshis as Ex.A/09, submitting inter alia that present Applicants want to withdraw the captioned Miscellaneous Application. As such, no cause survives to continue with the present Miscellaneous Application, hence, requests to pass appropriate order for withdrawal of the present Misc. Application.
3. 3. Considering the submission made by the Ld. Counsel for the Applicants that since no cause survives, Applicants intend to withdraw the Misc. Application, the present Misc. Application is dismissed as withdrawn along with S.A.
