**ORDER**
1. 1. Today this matter has come up for hearing.
2. 2. Ld. Counsel for the Respondent-ARC has filed the purshis Exh.R/14 stating therein as under:- *"The Advocate of the Respondent by way of the Purshis declares that the Third Party Applicant herein deposited the amount of Rs.3,85,000=00 in the Loan Account No.LBAND00000350863 of the Original Borrower i.e. 'KOKILABEN C. NAYAK'. The 'ASSETS RECONSTRUCTION COMPANY (INDIA) LIMITED' issued the 'NO DUE CERTIFICATE' dated 11/10/2022 to the concern and informs and intimated that there is No Lien/Charge over the property mortgage under the said Loan Account. In view of the said facts now no cause is survived in the matter. The Hon'ble Tribunal may kindly consider the said facts or record in the interest of justice and pass appropriate order."*
In view of the above purshis Exh.R/14, Ld. Counsel for the Respondent-ARC requested to pass appropriate orders.
1. 3. Considering the submission of Ld. Counsel for the Respondent-ARC, I deem it proper to pass following order:-
**ORDER**
- ➤ The present MA accordingly stands disposed of as having become infructuous in view of the purshis Exh.R/14 of the Respondent-ARC with no order as to costs.
File be consigned to records.
