Today this matter has come up for hearing.
Ld. Counsel Mr. S. S. Panesar for the Applicant Bank is present Mr. Vivekanand D. Jha, party-in-person, with Ld. Counsel Mr. Aman Mir, Assisting Counsel, for the Respondents is present.
Ld. Counsel for the Respondents submitted that he has already filed reply to the purshis dated 05/04/2023 filed by the Applicant Bank. The same is taken on record as Exh.R/20.
Considering the purshis filed by the Applicant Bank at Exh.A/19 as well as reply to the aforesaid purshis filed by the Respondents, present MA No.31/2022 is disposed of being not pressed. The Applicant Bank shall be at liberty to approach appropriate forum.
