**ORDER**

1. 1. This matter has come up for hearing, which is pertaining to the cases listed under the category of "Pre-2017 Matters/Securitisation Application" in today's board.

2. 2. Matter called several times, none present for the Applicants.

3. 3. Perusal of the order sheet reveals that the matter has been repeatedly adjourned since 31.12.2018 and applicants have failed to appear before this Tribunal to submit their say. Further, on 13.04.2023, Advocate appearing for the Applicants pleaded no instructions and matter was adjourned awaiting the presence of Applicants.

4. 4. Today also case was called several times. None has appeared on behalf of applicants. It appears that the applicants themselves are not interested in pursuing their own cause; hence this Tribunal has no other alternative, but to dismiss the case for the want of prosecution.

5. 5. The Misc. Application is dismissed for the want of prosecution. Interim reliefs, if any, granted by this Tribunal, is hereby vacated.

6. 6. Misc. Application is accordingly disposed of. Let the file be consigned to records.

(LAXMAN MADNANI) PRESIDING OFFICER DRT-II, AHMEDABAD
