**ORDER**
1. 1. Today, this matter has come up for hearing on purshis so filed by the Applicants at Exh. A/06.
2. 2. Ld. Counsel for the Applicants has filed purshis at Ex.A/06 along with copy of order dated 20.07.2023 passed by the Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat in SCA No.10401 of 2023, submitting inter alia that the captioned Misc. Application was filed by the Applicants for extension of time to settle the matter with the bank in terms of the order dated 15.04.2023 passed in S.A. No.245/2023 by this Tribunal. However, it is submitted that the Applicants have approached the Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat, wherein in terms of the order dated 20.07.2023 passed by the Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat in SCA No.10401 of 2023, the Applicants want to withdraw the present matter.
3. 3. Per contra, Ld. Counsel for the Respondent Bank, submitted that in view of the submissions made by the Ld. Counsel for the Applicants, he has no objections, if the Misc. Application may be disposed of as per the purshis Ex.A/6 filed by the Applicants.
4. 4. Considering the submission made by the Ld. Counsel for the Applicants and more particularly looking to the purshis Ex.A/6 so filed by the Applicants, this Tribunal is inclined to accept the submission of the Ld. Counsel for the Applicants to dispose of the present Misc. Application.

1. 5. In view of the aforesaid discussion and without commenting on the merits of the case, present M.A.No. 14/2023 stands dismissed as withdrawn along with all IAs, if any, with no order as to cost.
