**ORDER**
1. 1. Today, this matter has come up for hearing on purshis so filed by the Applicants at Exh. A/08.
2. 2. Ld. Counsel for the Applicants has filed purshis at Ex.A/08, submitting inter alia that the captioned Misc. Application was filed by the Applicants for condonation of delay in filing the Securitisation Application. However, in view of the ratio held by the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature of Madras in the case of M/s.Velar Engineering Works Pvt. Ltd., V/s. Authorised Officer/Chief Manager, Indian Bank decided on 05.09.2019, the Applicants want to withdraw the present matter.
3. 3. Per contra, Ld. Counsel for the Respondent Bank, submitted that in view of the submissions made by the Ld. Counsel for the Applicants, she has no objections, if the Misc. Application may be disposed of as per the purshis Ex.A/08 filed by the Applicants.
4. 4. Considering the submission made by the Ld. Counsel for the Applicants and more particularly looking to the purshis Ex.A/08 so filed by the Applicants, this Tribunal is inclined to accept the submission of the Ld. Counsel for the Applicants to dispose of the present Misc. Application.
5. 5. In view of the aforesaid discussion and without commenting on the merits of the case, present M.A.No. 31/2023 stands dismissed as withdrawn along with all IAs, if any, with no order as to cost.
6. 6. Let the file be consigned to records.
