1. 1. Today, this matter has come up for hearing on withdrawal purshis Ex.A/5 filed by the Applicant.
2. 2. Ld. Counsel for the Applicant has filed a withdrawal purshis at Ex.A/05, submitting *inter alia* that Applicant does not wish to pursue the present Misc. Application as well as Securitisation Application and as such, requested to pass appropriate order for withdrawal of the said Applications.
