The Ld Counsel for the Appticant has further prays for withdrawal of present OA. Considering the submission made by the Counsel for Appticant and the affidavit of the Officer of the Bank that the Defendants have deposited the entire compromise amount of Rs. 25.50 Lakh towards futl and fina[ setttement of the dues, the present MA stands dismissed as withdrawn.
