On the other hand Counsel for the Respondent Bank inviting attention on order passed by the recovery officer dated ll l0l124 submits that Applicants has raised obiectiorr regarding the property belongs to Late Genda Lal Singh and considering the same the recovery olficer b1' order dated 17l0ll24 has exonerated the property belongs to Late Genda Lal Singh from the auction and cancelled the auction and has issued the notice to LRs of Late Genda Lal Singh so that they may also be heard. /1t \ ,x./
