<table border="1"><tr><td>Ld. Counsel for the applicant</td><td>Mr. Akshat Agarwal</td></tr><tr><td>Ld. Counsel for the respondent bank</td><td>BH of Mr. P. Chaturvedi</td></tr></table>

Counsel for the applicant seeks extension of time to deposit the remaining amount as per direction of this Tribunal. The applicant had already deposited Rs. 35.00 lacs out of Rs. 54.00 lacs and will deposit the remaining dues by 15.4.2021 together with further delayed period interest.

Counsel for the bank confirmed that borrower had deposited Rs. 35.00 lacs.

Heard the contentions of both parties. It is not disputed by the parties that applicant had deposited Rs. 35.00 lacs in the loan account and applicant is ready to deposit the remaining amount with delayed period interest, therefore, taking lenient view it is directed that applicant will deposit Rs. 10.00 lacs by 31.3.2021 and remaining amount by 15.4.2021 as undertaken today. No further time will be given to the applicant.

With the above direction, the M.A. is disposed of finally.

File be consigned to record.
