No.58 of 2019 which was dismissed on 07.01.2020 and the applicant filed this petition to set aside the default order. The Counsel for the respondent bank vehemently opposed and submitted that the S.A. was dismissed twice and the applicant was not shown any interest to prosecute the matter and prayed this Tribunal to dismiss the M.A. No.25 of 2020.</p> <p>Submissions of both the Counsels are taken into consideration and this M.A. is filed only to restore the dismissal order dated 07.01.2020 and with a view to dispose the matter on merits and with a view to give an opportunity to the applicant, this Tribunal set aside the dismissal for default of order dated 07.01.2020 and for hearing of S.A. finally, call on 02.11.2020.</p> <p style="text-align: right;"> <br/> (P.
