Counsel for the applicant submits that hri.D.K.Rao too is a partner of the applicant firm. He er submits that the earlier counsel Shri:Prabhakar ingh had informed him that the next date of hearing is Dec'18. Shri.Rao submits that when he came to eet the counsel in December and visited DRT, he e to know that the matter has already been issed. It is further contended that the said counsel en then did not inform regarding dismissal and rised him that the next date is 10-04-19.
