Counsel for the applicant submits that despite aking payments as directed vide order dtd.ll-07-18 sed in SA 86/18, the FI has not released the title ds as directed. Counsel for the FI submits that there was a dispute Rs.41,000/- approx as a result of which there was a ay in taking a division. He further submits that the now waived the said amount and the account ahs closed and the FI is now in the process of has easing the title deed which shall be released within days at the most. As the FI has undertaken to release the original e deed within next 15 days, no issues remain to be udicated. Counsel for the applicant, in view of the ertaking, does not press the prayer for contempt eedings. The present MA is disposed of accordingly. Record be consigned to record room.
