The present MA has been filed on 2g-09_1g praying for restoration of MA 5g/13 which dismissed in default vide order dtd.03-09-15. was Alongwith the MA, an application for condonation cf delay has been filed. No togent reasons has been nentioned by the applicant for the inordinate delay :aused in filing the present MA. The IA for :ondonation of delay is therefore liable to be dismissed. Even otherwise, the applicant has failed to cause ;ervice upon respondents despite lapse of almost 09 nonths, .
