: ORDER :
1. The claim of the Applicant is being fully satisfied in the sum of <sup>4.90 Crores</sup> Rs. 4.90 Crores, /- against the claim of Rs. 6,62,73,760.20/- (Rupees six Crores Sixty two Lakh Seventy Three Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty Paisa twenty only). provide withdrawal application (I.A. No. 1083... of 2026 which is permitted to be withdrawn unconditionally.
The Defendants paid the agreed amount of Rs. 4.90 Crores./- (Rupees Four Crores Ninety Lakh only).
