On 12.09.2026, last opportunity was granted to learned counsel for the applicant to appear and press the case. Now, we find one Vakalatnama which is not fully filled up in due course having no date of execution of Vakalatnama and no date of execution even below the signatures of four advocates and applicant also. Even in the body of the Vakalatnama, the name of the applicant has not been mentioned and he is shown as petitioner only.

In the interest of justice, one last opportunity is granted to learned counsel for the applicant to file a proper Vakalatnama executed in due course.
