As the matter has been taken up today, the application stands disposed of, accordingly. OA 628 of 2025 Reply filed by the respondents is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the applicant informs that in spite of clear cut stay order dated 23.09.2025, the recovery is still going on. This fact has also been repeated by this Bench vide order dated 15.04.2026 and therefore, respondent No.5 & 6 – Chief Manager, State Bank of India, CPPC Sector 5, Panchkula and Manager, State Bank of India, Bhiwani were personally summoned as to why Contempt of Court proceedings may not be proceeded against them. Similar order was passed on 24.07.2026, even then respondent No.5 & 6 have not put appearance before the Court today. They have not appeared personally. However, Mr. Sidharath Dhiman

…..2. Dhiman Advocate, proxy counsel appeared on behalf of Mr BPS Thakur, Advocate for respondents No. 5 & 6. Under the above circumstances, contempt proceedings are drawn against respondents No. 5 & 6. Learned counsel for the applicant is directed to intimate the names of respondents No. 5 & 6, so that proper contempt proceedings may be initiated against them. 2/3rd salary of respondents No. 5 & 6 are also attached till further order. In this regard, the Finance Officer/Payment Disbursing Officer, office of Chief Manager, State Bank of India CPPC, Panchkula is directed to stop 2/3rd salary of respondents No. 5 & 6 till further order of this court. List on 07.12.2026.
