ORDER

Learned counsel for the respondents argues that even if the dismissal is converted into discharge even then the applicant will not be entitled for Defence Security Corps (DSC) pension as there is a shortfall of 01 year 05 months and 18 days. He further argues that it is also noteworthy that he has not challenged the order of dismissal and in such a condition the case was initially not tenable on the basis of limitation as well as not claiming the proper relief under the law.

Learned proxy counsel for the applicant’s counsel seeks an adjournment.

Adjourned to 29.10.2026.
