ORDER
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The case was already under process and the PPO has been issued. A copy of the PPO has been produced by the learned counsel for the applicant, according to which the relief has been given from 01.07.2014. According to the learned counsel for the applicant, the relief was due to the applicant since 01.01.2006 and this fact has also been accepted by the respondents in their reply.
According to the representative of PCDA(P), Prayagraj, as per material available the PPO has been issued from 01.07.2014 and the amended PPO will soon be issued in favour of the applicant from 01.01.2008 after getting the data from the concerned Bank.
Respondents are given time to issue amended PPO.
