This MA has been filed by six applicants under Rule 4(5) of AFT (Procedure) Rules, 2008 for permission to file joint OA claiming the same relief.

Being the same relief involved, the MA is allowed and applicants are permitted to file single OA. MA is disposed of accordingly. OA 901 of 2026. The applicants has filed this joint OA under Section 14 of AFT Act, 2007 praying for grant of correct service pension to applicants by counting their total length of service as 33 years (28 years+ 5 years weightage) as given in Table No.7 of OROP-II and OROP-III w.e.f. 01.07.2019 with all consequential benefits for life.
