ORDER

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks time to produce the law that even if an individual has received three red ink entries, he is entitled for grant of MACP. One more anomaly came into picture that according to the PPO the individual has served for 24 years and 27 days, whereas as per Discharge Book and reply, there are 102 days’ non-qualifying service, which will be reduced from 24 years and 27 days service written in the PPO.

List on 15.01.2027.
