1. Ld. Counsel for applicant submits that he has filed the consent terms which may be taken on record.
2. Ld. Counsel for respondent submits that she has no objection on the said consent terms and the same is without coercion and undue influence.
3. In the light of above submission made by the Ld. Counsel for parties, the present OA is hereby disposed off.
4. The consent terms shall form part of the order and in case of default, the Recovery Certificate being issued without any notice to the defendants.
5. With the abovesaid direction OA No. 1540 of 2016 stands disposed off. No order as to costs.
