Ms Mandira Dey i/b M/s. Vidhii Partners, Advocate for the Applicant. None for Defendants. Ld. Advocate for the Applicant filed pursis (exhibit-9) in compliance of order dated 08.05.2026 regarding deposit of cost of Rs.5000/- payable to DRT Bar Association Mumbai. Ld. Advocate also filed Withdrawal Application I.A. No.1436 of 2026 supported by affidavit (exhibit-10) for withdrawal of the T.O.A. No.181 of 2023. Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that the matter has been amicably settled with the Defendants for a sum of Rs.4,81,63,500/- towards the OTS of the account and no dues certificate has already been issued. Now, the Applicant does not wish to proceed with this T.O.A. Hence, seeks for withdrawal of the present T.O.A. In view of the above submissions, the withdrawal of I.A. No.1436 of 2026 is allowed. Resultantly, T.O.A. No.181 of 2023 stands disposed of as rst – 06 withdrawn. Pending IAs, if any, stands disposed of. The Applicant shall be entitled to refund of court fees as per Rules.
